Y Deryn Du (The Blackbird) is Diarmuid Johnson's first solo flute album. The music is drawn from Welsh and Irish sources and espouses repertoires dating to the 18th and 19th centuries. Recorded by a roaring fire one wintry afternoon on a mountain, the pre-digital equipment captures the atmosphere of another age when roots-and-folk musicians rarely ventured far from home, were illiterate, often toothless, but happy as the day is long. So come fill your glasses and listen to timeless The Blackbird sing!


This Is Home, John Tracey

This Is Home is John Tracey's second solo studio album, featuring a blend of original acoustic fingerstyle guitar compositions and arrangements, laced with flavours of Irish, ragtime, blues, Americana and big band jazz music. From the sublime to the ridiculous, this is Tracey's melodic narration of a snapshot in time.
