Radhadesh, Belgium, regards yoga as one of its most important aspects. The spiritual community practices both hatha (physical yoga) and bhakti yoga (the yoga of spiritual love). Every year we organise a big yoga festival, where we invite different expert teachers to guide you.
Yoga is a key aspect for every person’s life, whether we just call it stretching or our way of life. Yoga is a spiritual, mental and physical process, whose origins can be found in ancient India. The Vedas (ancient Indian literature dating back to about Bc) talk about the practices of yoga in great detail.
