Session A: Matcha Essentials: How to Enjoy Matcha at Home
 Format: Mini-Seminar & Practice
 Setting: Salon (Table & Seating)
 Overview: After a brief seminar on the history and definition of matcha, you will learn and practice the practical tips to whisk a delicious bowl of matcha with or without foam by yourself at a table.
 * This session focuses on pure, authentic matcha served straight (without milk or sugar), distinct from a matcha latte.
 Suitable for those who wish to incorporate matcha into their daily lives or want to master the way of making a perfect bowl of tea.

Session B: Tabletop Chanoyu: Trying Your Hand at the Ritual
 Format: Mini-Seminar & Practice
 Setting: Salon (Table & Seating)
 Overview: Following a mini-seminar on the meaning and flow of a tea gathering (Chakai), you will experience the movements of matcha preparation while practicing how to whisk matcha.
 Suitable for anyone interested in the etiquette of the Way of Tea or the graceful movements of hospitality.

Session C: Teicha experience: Tea ceremony for light matcha
 Format: Tea Serving Experience
 Setting: Tea Ceremony Room (Chair style Seating)
 Overview: After a brief practice on how to receive and drink light matcha (Usucha), you will casually enjoy matcha and a small Japanese sweet while seated comfortably on a chair, fully immersing yourself in the atmosphere of a traditional tea room.
 Suitable for those who prefer not to sit on the floor or wish to enjoy premium matcha in a relaxed setting.

Session D: Teicha experience: Tea ceremony for light matcha
 Format: Tea Serving Experience
 Setting: Tea Ceremony Room (Tatami Mat Seating)
 Overview: Learn the proper etiquette for receiving light matcha (Usucha) before experiencing a formal tea serving. Enjoy your matcha and a small Japanese sweet while surrounded by the authentic tranquility of a traditional tea room.
 Suitable for those who wish to experience Japan's traditional aesthetics and the unique, serene atmosphere of a tea ceremony room.

Session E: The Art of the Guest: Gestures in a Japanese Tea Ceremony
 Format: Workshop & Practice
 Setting: Traditional Tea Room (Tatami Mat Seating)
 Overview: A dive into the formal movements and manners required as a "guest" in a tea ceremony room. You will learn how to bow, move on tatami mats, and properly receive the sweets and matcha.
 Suitable for those who want to know how to behave gracefully when invited to a traditional Japanese tea gathering.
