Each class targets a specific emotion, allowing dancers to connect with their feelings and express them through movement.
Red Aries classes are all about bold, explosive movement, encouraging you to take up space with intensity and confidence. Some classes focus on channeling anger and aggression, using movement as a powerful release. Rather than suppressing these emotions, you’re encouraged to express them physically—whether through strong, sharp motions, high-energy sequences, or cathartic exercises that help you let go of built-up tension. Other classes ignite your fiery confidence, not necessarily rooted in anger but still emphasizing expansive, expressive energy that empowers you to own your space unapologetically. These sessions create a safe space to transform raw emotion into strength, power, and fierce self-expression.
