Quinké Duo was formed in by Diana Palmisciano (guitar and voice) and Marcelo Lages (guitar, charango and voice), both graduates of the Manuel de Falla Conservatory of Buenos Aires.
This duo was born of the desire to interpret and create music rooted in Argentina and Latin America.
Since its inception, Quinké Duo has performed on various stages throughout Argentina, Latin America and Europe.
In April of , the duo produced and presented their first album called "Donde Nace el Color", featuring "Quique" Sinesi and Juan Falú as guest musicians.
Through the interwoven resonance of their guitars and the warmth of the vocal arrangements, Quinké Duo manages to make the modern song and traditional folk music meet and embrace one another.
